6 AI-Generated Content

6.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

GroceyAI may use artificial intelligence to provide suggestions, recommendations, or content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify information independently.

6.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions, including dietary choices, recipes, or shopping recommendations.

7 Voice Transcription

If you use voice transcription features, you acknowledge that:

• Audio data may be processed to convert speech to text
• Transcription accuracy may vary
• You should not share sensitive or confidential information through voice features

8 Third-Party Services

10 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GroceyAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
